My testimony is a journey of faith that began in my childhood, growing up in a Christian home and attending church every Sunday. While I believed in God, I often found myself
questioning Him. I felt like I was going through the motions, never fully experiencing His presence. As I grew older, life threw more challenges my way-ones that left me feeling broken, depressed, and anxious.
I went through a series of toxic relationships, each one leaving me more damaged than the last. I was sexually assaulted multiple times, and I reached a point where I felt
completely hopeless, lost, and alone.
The pain became so unbearable that I begged God to take it away or just take me home. I felt abandoned, unheard, and unloved.
But in that moment of complete despair, God met me. The Holy Spirit came and held me in a way I had never experienced before,
overwhelming me with His love. For the first time, I felt the presence of God so powerfully that I knew He was real, that He had never left me, even in my darkest moments.
Life is still not perfect—it never will be
—but God has blessed me in ways I never could have imagined. I've learned that, while people may fail me, Jesus never will. My whole life, I felt unheard, misunderstood, and unloved, but now I know that in Christ, I am truly seen, known, and cherished.
God took the broken pieces of my life and began to heal them. He gave me a purpose, and His love continues to carry me through each day. My story isn't one of perfection, but of redemption, and I'm grateful for the way God has been with me every step of the way.
